284. Every returning-officer who establishes one or more special polling-stations shall, immediately after the nomination of candidates, post up a notice in his office setting forth
(a)  the place where each of the special polling-stations will be located;
(b)  the days and hours during which such polling-stations will be open and votes received therein;
(c)  the days and hours when and the place where the attestations required to vote at such special polling-stations may be procured.
