157. (Replaced).
157. The sum deposited by a candidate shall be unseizable and shall be returned to him if he is elected or obtains a number of votes at least equal to one-half the number of votes polled in favour of the elected candidate; otherwise it shall belong to Her Majesty in right of Québec.
