132. If the enumeration occurred during the election period, in remote rural polling subdivisions, where insufficiency of communications gives reason to fear that the returning officer will not be able to send the revised list to the deputy returning officer in time, the returning officer may, with the authorization of the director general of elections, order the enumerator to send him, before the revision, three copies only of the list and to deliver the other two to the revisors. As soon as the revisors have completed the revision, they shall send one copy of the revised list to the deputy returning officer and the other to the returning officer.
