115. (1) The electoral list for a rural polling-subdivision must be drawn up in accordance with form 11, according to the order of the street numbers where the houses are numbered, and according to the order of the cadastral numbers of each range in other cases, and not alphabetically.
(2) The enumerator must enter at the head of each list the name of the electoral district and that of the municipality and the number and a description of the polling-subdivision according to section 26. He must then, one after the other and without blanks, overwriting or interlineations, insert the surname, Christian names and profession or calling of each elector, placing before his name the number of his dwelling, in the streets in which the dwellings are numbered, or the cadastral number, where the dwellings are not numbered.
(3) Each list shall be prepared in six copies in books numbered consecutively, the pages of which shall also be numbered, and no page shall be detached from such books.
