Section 16.1
Disposition versions
16.1. Every person exercising an activity in respect of which a licence is required without holding such a licence shall pay to the Minister of Revenue the same duties as if he were holding such licence.
16.1. Every person operating a place of amusement or carrying on an activity mentioned in this Act without holding a licence to that effect shall pay to the Minister of Revenue the same duties as if he were holding such licence.
