112. If the pawned goods, or any part of them, be found in any house, shop or other place, and the owner of such goods prove to the satisfaction of the justices of the peace, by the oath or affirmation of a witness or by the admission of the suspected person, that they belong to such owner, the justices of the peace shall cause the same to be forthwith returned to such owner, and the occupant of such house, shop or other place shall be liable to the penalty mentioned in section 114.
