111. Every person who knowingly receives in pawn from a journeyman mechanic any goods of any manufacture, either separate or mixed with others, or materials plainly intended for manufacturing purposes, when such goods or materials are in course of preparation but before being completed and exposed for sale, or any goods, materials, linen or apparel, which have been entrusted to any person to wash, scour, mend or manufacture, or for any purpose of a like nature, and is convicted thereof, shall forfeit the sum lent thereon, and shall forthwith restore the goods to the owner.
