80. There shall be granted to Her Majesty, out of any unappropriated moneys forming part of the consolidated revenue fund, a sum sufficient to enable Her Majesty to advance and to pay over to the Minister of Finance the sums required to pay the estimated amount of the indemnities, allowances and other sums and benefits provided for in this act.
