118. (Replaced).
118. The Government shall prescribe the conditions under which the Gazette officielle du Québec shall be published, and shall designate the public bodies, officers and persons to whom it shall be sent.
It shall make a tariff of the sums to be paid respecting the notices, advertisements and documents published therein. It shall also fix the subscription price of the Gazette officielle du Québec.
