Except on a question of jurisdiction, none of the recourses provided in articles 33 and 834 to 846 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) may be exercised and no injunction may be granted against the Tribunal or against any of its members acting in their official capacity. A judge of the Court of Appeal may, upon a motion, annul by a summary proceeding any judgment rendered or order or injunction pronounced contrary to this section.
