63. (Repealed).

63. The cancellation of a permit shall prevent its holder from obtaining another permit before the expiry of a period of one year from such cancellation.
Furthermore, no person shall obtain a permit to be used in an establishment in which the cancelled permit was used, before the expiry of a period of six months from its cancellation.
This section does not apply when cancellation has been ordered pursuant to a demand therefor by the holder.
