Disposition versions
135. (Repealed).
135. When there has been a conviction of an offence under this act committed in a certain place and, within twelve months after such offence, any person replacing the offender in the same premises commits there an offence under this act, such new offence shall constitute a second offence or a subsequent offence, as the case may be, notwithstanding the provisions of section 123.
