Disposition versions
121. No person contemplated in section 117 employed for the enforcement of this Act or the Act respecting liquor permits (chapter P-9.1), when acting in his official capacity, nor any person acting under their instructions, shall incur any of the penalties enacted by this Act against those who obtain alcoholic beverages from a person who is or is not the holder of a permit.
121. No officer, inspector or other person employed for the enforcement of this act or the Act respecting liquor permits, when acting in his official capacity, nor any person acting under the instructions of any such officer, inspector or other employee, shall incur any of the penalties enacted by this act against those who obtain alcoholic beverages from a person who is or is not the holder of a permit.
121.
