117. Whosoever interferes with or hinders a person authorized under any of sections 125.1, 125.2 and 126 of this Act or section 111 or 111.1 of the Act respecting liquor permits (chapter P-9.1) acting in the performance of his duties is guilty of an offence under this Act and liable to a fine of $500 to $1,000, for each offence, in addition to the penalties which may be imposed upon him under sections 107 to 114 and section 116.

Whosoever interferes with or hinders a person authorized under section 125 of this Act or section 111 of the Act respecting liquor permits (chapter P-9.1) acting in the performance of his duties is guilty of an offence under this Act and liable, in addition to the costs, to a fine of $100, for each offence, in addition to the penalties which may be imposed upon him under sections 107 to 114 and section 116.

117. Whosoever interferes with or hinders any officer or inspector duly authorized to investigate any offence against this act, or to make any search, examination or seizure, in the performance of his duties to that end, is guilty of an offence under this act and liable, in addition to the costs, to a fine of one hundred dollars, for each offence, in addition to the penalties which may be imposed upon him under sections 107 to 114 and section 116.
