113.1. Any person whose bar permit, public house or “pub” permit or tavern permit is suspended or cancelled who admits a person or tolerates a person’s presence in a room or on a terrace contrary to an order of the board issued under section 89.1 of the Act respecting liquor permits (chapter P-9.1) is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $600 to $2,000. Any person who, without a legitimate excuse or an authorization of the board, finds himself in such premises is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $300 to $1,000.
In the case of a subsequent offence, the maximum fines and minimum fines are doubled.
