14. (Repealed).

14. As soon as any statute is assented to, or, if it has been reserved, as soon as the assent thereto has been signified, the Secretary General of the National Assembly shall deliver a certified true copy thereof and a copy in English to the Québec Official Publisher, who shall print the same.
