497. The head office of the Council shall be in the territory of Ville de Montréal.

497. The head office of the Council shall be in the territory of Ville de Montréal, but the Council may transfer it elsewhere on the island of Montréal; such a change shall come into force upon publication of a notice to that effect in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
