Disposition versions
330. Every school board shall appoint, each year, from among the members of the professional order of accountants mentioned in the Professional Code (chapter C-26) one or more auditors for the audit of its accounts.
Before entering into office, such auditors shall take an oath to conscientiously perform the duties of their office.
The auditor or auditors must, at the same time as they forward their report to the school board, cause a certified copy thereof to be delivered to the Minister. The cost of such copy and the costs of forwarding it shall be borne by the school board.

330. The school board shall appoint each year one or more auditors to audit its accounts.
The school board may so appoint as auditor
(1) any person who, in accordance with section 85 of the Act respecting the Commission municipale (chapter C-35), has first obtained authorization in writing granted by the Commission municipale du Québec under the said section, unless the authorization has been withdrawn;
(2) any member of a professional corporation of accountants listed in the Professional Code (chapter C-26).
The auditor or auditors so appointed cannot be dismissed prior to the 30th of June of each year except with the consent of the Commission municipale du Québec.
