195. A school board may, with prior authorization of the Minister, exercise the powers granted to a regional board by sections 431 to 431.8.

195. The Government may, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, on such conditions as he determines, assign, by regulation, to any school board, the powers, duties and obligations provided in subsections 2 to 7 of section 431.
