145. No one may exercise any of the powers of a school commissioner or trustee until he has made oath or solemn affirmation to well and faithfully discharge the duties of his office to the best of his judgment and ability, according to form 1.
An entry of the taking of the oath or making of the solemn affirmation shall be made in the minute-book.
