80.1. The Authority may revoke, suspend or impose restrictions or conditions on a registration if
(1)  the representative, chief compliance officer or ultimate designated person has made an assignment of property or been placed under a receiving order pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3);
(2)  the representative, chief compliance officer or ultimate designated person has been convicted by a court inside or outside Canada of an act or offence which, in the opinion of the Authority, is related to the activity of representative, chief compliance officer or ultimate designated person;
(3)  the representative, chief compliance officer or ultimate designated person is under tutorship or under a protection mandate;
(4)  the registration has been revoked or suspended, or restrictions or conditions have been imposed on the registration, by a body in or outside Québec that is responsible for supervising and monitoring persons authorized to act as representatives, chief compliance officers or ultimate designated persons; or
(5)  the representative, chief compliance officer or ultimate designated person no longer complies with a condition for registration provided for in this Act.

(2)  the representative, chief compliance officer or ultimate designated person has been convicted by a court inside or outside Canada of an act or offence which, in the opinion of the Authority, is related to the activity of representative, chief compliance officer or ultimate designated person, or has pleaded guilty to such an act or offence;
(3)  the representative, chief compliance officer or ultimate designated person has been assigned a tutor, curator or adviser; or
(4)  the registration has been revoked or suspended, or restrictions or conditions have been imposed on the registration, by a body in or outside Québec that is responsible for supervising and monitoring persons authorized to act as representatives, chief compliance officers or ultimate designated persons.
