76. Within 10 days after a complaint is registered in the complaints register, the dealer or adviser must send the complainant a notice stating the complaint registration date and the complainant’s right, under section 77, to have the complaint record examined.

76. Despite sections 9 and 83 of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1), the Authority may not communicate a complaint record without the authorization of the dealer or adviser concerned.
