457. Every person who voluntarily troubles, disturbs or interrupts any school or educational institution by indecent, improper or insulting expressions or conduct, or by making any noise in or near such school or educational institution so as to disturb the classes or the school, shall be liable to a fine of not more than $20.

Every person who voluntarily troubles, disturbs or interrupts any school or educational institution by indecent, improper or insulting expressions or conduct, or by making any noise in or near such school or educational institution so as to disturb the classes or the school, shall be liable to a fine of not more than $20 and costs, or thirty days’ imprisonment, or to a fine and imprisonment at the same time.
