402. Whenever a copy of a judgment condemning a school corporation to pay a sum of money has been served at the office of the secretary-treasurer of such corporation, he must forthwith call a meeting of the school board, which shall then order the payment of the amount due.
If the school board has not sufficient funds at its disposal, it shall apply to the Minister for authorization to levy a special assessment to pay the amount of the judgment.
