110. (Repealed).
110. Any person wishing to be a candidate shall, from the 16th to the 14th day before the day of the poll, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., file a nomination paper at the office of the returning officer. Each nomination must be supported by ten electors of the ward for which the candidate is standing.
The returning officer shall announce the date, time and place fixed for the nomination of candidates by a public notice of at least seven clear days.
110. Any person whishing to be a candidate shall, fourteen days before the day of the poll, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., file a nomination paper at the office of the returning-officer. Each nomination must be supported by ten electors of the ward for which the candidate is standing.
The returning officer shall announce the date, time and place of the nomination of candidates by public notice given at least seven clear days beforehand.
110. The nomination of candidates for office as school commissioners or trustees shall be held on the first Monday in June, each year, from twelve hours to fourteen hours. If that day is a holiday, it shall be held at the same hours on the next juridical day.
