I hereby require you to forward and deliver to me, within fifteen days from this date, for the use of the commissioners of the municipality of (name of the school municipality) situated (state whether wholly or in part) within the limits of the municipality of (name of the rural municipality) a certified copy, according to law, of the valuation roll (or of a part of the valuation roll) of the property situated within the limits of your municipality.
