2. For the purposes referred to in section 1, the Commission municipale du Québec may, on such conditions as it may determine, order the sharing of the utilization of a public utility installation.

2. For the purposes referred to in section 1, the Régie de l’énergie may, on such conditions as it may determine, order the sharing of the utilization of a public utility installation .

2. For the purposes referred to in section 1, the Régie de l’énergie may, on such conditions as it may determine, order the sharing of the utilization of a public utility installation whether it belongs to a governmental agency, an agent of the Crown, a public body or any other person.
