Section 705.1
Disposition versions
705.1. For the purposes of any Act other than the Act to amend mainly the Education Act with regard to school organization and governance (2020, c. 1), a commissioner of an English-language school board, a council of commissioners of an English-language school board and an English-language school board shall be deemed to be, respectively, a member of the board of directors of a school service centre, a board of directors of a school service centre and a school service centre.
