483. Every person who is the returning officer for the referendum or an election officer and fraudulently neglects or refuses to act, or acts against any provision of sections 345 to 353 or against any provision of the Act respecting school elections (chapter E-2.3) applicable in the case of a referendum under section 345 of this Act, is guilty of an offence.
