467. The Minister may draw up a list of vocational education programs which a school board, for purposes of subsidies, is authorized to provide to persons coming under its jurisdiction or, to the extent indicated therein, under the jurisdiction of any other school board.
Expenditures incurred by a school board to provide any vocational education program that is not included on the list drawn up in its respect are not qualified for subsidies granted by the Minister of Education and Science.
Although a school board is not authorized to provide adult education services for purposes of subsidies, it may enter into an agreement with a school board authorized to provide adult education services, for purposes of subsidies, for the provision of any vocational program included on the list to persons admitted to adult education services by that school board.
