261.0.4. Within 10 days of being notified of a change in their judicial record, persons who work with minor or handicapped students and persons who are regularly in contact with minor or handicapped students in the school service centre must inform the school service centre of that change, regardless of whether they have already filed a declaration concerning their judicial record.
The school service centre must verify the declaration or have it verified, and ensure that the person has no judicial record relevant to the person’s functions within the school service centre.
