28.11. An authorized deposit institution must adhere to sound commercial practices.
In carrying on its financial institution activities, such practices include providing fair treatment to its clientele, in particular by(1) providing appropriate information;
(2) adopting a policy for processing complaints filed by members of that clientele and resolving disputes with them; and
(3) keeping a complaints register.
