13. (Repealed).

13. The members of the staff of the Board are appointed in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
The President of the Board has in their regard the powers conferred by the said Act on the chief executive officer of an agency.

However, the General Manager of the Board shall in this respect exercise such powers as are assigned by the said act to the chief executive officer of an agency.
