35. No later than 28 juin 2017, the Minister, after consultation with the Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology, must report to the Government on the carrying out of this Act and the advisability of maintaining it in force or amending it.
The report is to be tabled in the National Assembly within 30 days or, if the Assembly is not sitting, within 30 days of resumption.
