Section 34
Disposition versions
34. Sections 17 to 27 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S‐4.2), with the necessary modifications, apply to the records kept by the institute in relation to the tests, examinations and consultations provided by the laboratories and organizations referred to in section 4, to the extent that the records contain personal medical information.
This section applies notwithstanding the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A‐2.1).
