35.3. (Repealed).

35.3. The construction industry commissioner may confirm, amend or quash any decision submitted and render the decision that, in the commissioner’s opinion, should have been rendered in the first instance.
The decision rendered by the construction industry commissioner is final.

35.3. The Labour Court may confirm, amend or quash any decision submitted to it and render the decision that, in its opinion, should have been rendered in the first instance.
The decision rendered by the Labour Court is final.
