3. No interment shall be made elsewhere than in a cemetery lawfully established, except in cases otherwise provided for by law.
Incinerations and cremations shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations made for that purpose by the Government under section 69 of the Act respecting medical laboratories, organ, tissue, gamete and embryo conservation, ambulance services and the disposal of human bodies (chapter L-0.2).
