9. The date and place of the annual meeting and of the special meetings of the Order, as well as of the meetings of the Bureau, shall be fixed by by-law, as well as the manner of convening and holding the meetings.
In the absence of any rule or by-law respecting the convening of meetings of the Order or of the Bureau, the president, or, in the case of his absence or death, the secretary, may call meetings at the date and place which seems to him most suitable, by means of a circular sent by mail to each member of the Corporation.
The annual meeting of the Order shall be held within nine months from the end of its fiscal year.
