20. Each year, the Company shall send the Minister its financial statements and its annual management report including a detailed statement of the property in its possession.
The Minister shall table the financial statements and the annual management report in the National Assembly within 15 days after receiving them or, if the Assembly is not sitting, within 15 days of resumption.
