10. The president and chief executive officer shall act as the secretary of Héma-Québec.

10. The members of the governing board shall designate a chair and a vice-chair from among their number; the vice-chair shall chair the board when the chair is absent or unable to act. The offices of chair and president and chief executive officer may not be held concurrently.
The president and chief executive officer shall act as the secretary of Héma-Québec.
