4. The Cree Nation Government is a legal person.
The Cree Nation Government is also a non-profit association without share capital and without pecuniary gain to its members.

4. The Cree Regional Authority is a legal person.
The Cree Regional Authority is also a non-profit association without share capital and without pecuniary gain to its members.

4. The Cree Regional Authority is a corporation within the meaning of the Civil Code of Lower Canada, with the general powers of such a corporation and the special powers provided for in this Act.
The Cree Regional Authority is also a non-profit association without share capital and without pecuniary gain to its members.
