Santé Québec’s board of directors must establish measures to prevent or put an end to the conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts entered into between Santé Québec and a member of its personnel or a person practising a profession within a Santé Québec institution, or between Santé Québec and an enterprise in which such persons have a direct or indirect interest.
