The anonymized decision of a pharmacology committee that grants an authorization referred to in section 398 is sent to the Institut national d’excellence en santé et en services sociaux for the purposes of the register it keeps in accordance with section 9.1 of the Act respecting the Institut national d’excellence en santé et en services sociaux (chapter I-13.03).
