46. (Repealed).

46. Any penal prosecution may be instituted by the Minister or by any person concerned with the authorization of the Minister.

46. The penalties provided for in this act shall be imposed upon summary conviction in accordance with the Summary Convictions Act.
Part II of such act shall apply to such prosecutions.
