26. (Repealed).

26. The Minister, if he deems it warranted by the investigator’s report, may suspend the powers of the board of directors and those of the executive committee of the commission and shall appoint a provisional administrator to exercise such powers until not later than the next general meeting.
Without impairing the provisions of the preceding paragraph, he may also, in accordance with the procedure provided in section 10, 11 or 14, as the case may be, order the replacement of one or more members of the commission and of the executive committee for the period remaining until the next annual meeting.
