10. (Repealed).

10. The general meeting shall consist of persons residing in the region served by a commission, in the proportion of four persons for each regional advisory committee, two of whom shall be appointed by the employers and two by the employees.
The members of the general meeting shall be divided into two groups, one composed of the representatives of the employers and the other of the employees. Within such two groups, the members shall be divided into two sectors, one for industry and the other for services.
