13.The Minister designated by the Government shall devise policies and measures concerning manpower and employment and propose them to the Government. He shall see to the implementation of the policies and measures, supervise their application and coordinate their execution.
The Minister is also responsible for the administration of the Acts assigned to him.

He shall see to the implementation of the policies and measures, supervise their application and coordinate their execution.
