Section 104 Disposition versions

104. No person may be the official agent of a candidate or of a party if

(1)  he is not an elector; or

(2)  he is a candidate, an election officer or an employee of an election officer.

104. No person shall be the official agent of a candidate or of a party if:

(a)  he is not of full age;

(b)  he is not of Canadian citizenship;

(c)  he has not been domiciled in Québec for at least one year;

(d)  he is affected by any disqualification from voting contemplated by the Election Act;

(e)  he is a candidate, an election officer or an employee of an election officer.
