Section 232.1
Disposition versions
232.1. Nothing in section 128 of the Cooperatives Act (chapter C-67.2) shall prevent the application of section 232 to a body to which that section 128 applies.
232.1. Nothing in sections 64 of the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (chapter C-67.3) and 128 of the Cooperatives Act (chapter C-67.2) shall prevent the application of section 232 to a body to which one of them is applicable.
232.1. Nothing in sections 212 of the Savings and Credit Unions Act (chapter C-4.1) and 128 of the Cooperatives Act (chapter C-67.2) shall prevent the application of section 232 to a body to which one of them is applicable.
