86. The board is divided into two sections: the Montreal section, which has jurisdiction in the same territory as the Court of Appeal sitting at Montreal and the Québec section, which has jurisdiction in the same territory as the Court of Appeal sitting at Québec, in conformity with the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25).
